This spa is all about commercialization. The concept of spa is lost. The customer service forgot to mention that we have to bring our own robe and slippers. They forgot that my husband's insurance only pay for naturopaths even though he had mentioned this when he booked it. They charge you $9 for the robe and $2.50 for the slippers. These are free at SpaDiva and SpaEastman! There are no lounges where you can have free drinks and little treats. Even the water is sold. The massage is quite mediocre. This spa is in Laval and it's a shame that they charge so muchmore than the top spas in downtown MTL- as they have attractive hot bath tubs outside. For $223 (couple's massage)- my husband and I thought that little extras mentioned above should have been provided. What is a "spa" for if you have to worry about these before you leave your house? Go to SpaDiva instead. You even get your private room with shower (and free toiletries) instead of sharing it like you're going to the YMCA. Oh- and at SpaDiva- you get to take home the slippers. Couple's massage is $145. SpaEastman is another option. If you want the hot tubs, go to Spa Scandinav.
